If your city didn’t make the list, don’t fret! According to a Yoga Journal study, yoga is the fastest growing physical activity in America.  This increased popularity brings an increase in accessibility with more yoga studios opening every year.  If the number of studios are limited in your city, check out local college campuses to see if they offer classes as part of their physical education courses, and don’t forgot about a home practice!  There are dozens of DVDs and websites with tutorials videos for people of all levels – there are even yoga apps for your smartphone – check out this list from appadvice.com.

Peace. Love. Namaste.
