Stand Together to Honor Earth Day

Celebrate your love for yoga, flow to live music and experience community with like-minded individuals at the Tadasana Festival: a three day transformative experience on the famed Santa Monica beach April 20th-22ndFestival attendees can choose from 75+ yoga classes, workshops and lectures, listen to live music from artists around the world and shop at an eco-conscious market…all a 5 minute walk from the Santa Monica Pier.

The festival’s partnerships, programming and eco-friendly vibe will reflect the idea of conscious collaboration and community.  The Tadasana Festival is partnering with Sustainable Works to promote a zero-waste festival, which includes a city-wide effort to carpool, bike, walk and use public transportation as well as zero-waste stations throughout the festival site for recycling, composting and reuse.

  3. Yes meditation and yoga can help you focus and diiicplsne your mind and soul. However, there are proper techniques that you should learn. Either you can join classes in order to get a proper professional lesson or else if you want to learn by yourself then try to buy DVDs- for beginners (there are several in the market). Simple ways to do yoga involves breathing and concentration. I can’t explain the postures because it is better for you to have visuals. So I suggest you look for books or DVDs or even websites that gives you a thorough direction on both yoga and meditation. Good luck:)
